CXF is a file format used by Picassa, a photo management applications developed by Google. CXF files don’t store any photos. CXF files are generated automatically when creating a photo collage in Picassa. It stores information about location of selected photos and their positioning.
Photo compositions created with Picassa require both photos files and CXF file in order to be viewed.
