File with a .MS extension contains a script, that is a string of functions and instructions stored in the Autodesk MAXScript format. Scripts are used in the process of automatization frequent or shared processes.

MS files are used in the 3ds Max software dedicated to graphic edition and they can be run within it. They should be stored in the Subscripts subdirectory of the installation folder of the program.
