TAG is a plain ASCII text file format associated with DataFlex. TAG files define columns for DataFlex execution environment. Data in TAG files is created using 4GL database programming language.
TAG files store lists of fields defined in a table. The fields are delimited with empty rows. TAG files can be opened and edited using any desktop or mobile text editor.
