AJP is a video file format for storing images captured by CCTV or other security cameras. AJP files are generated by JPEG2000 tool during backup copy creation process. AJP files are typically saved to external USB storage devices or DVDs.

AJP format is no longer maintained or developed and modern security camera systems do not support it. In order to access AJP files user must install appropriate software available on CCTV Camera Pros website. The tool also allows users to export AJP data the popular AVI format.
