File with a .ARF extension contains different data of a downloaded WebEx online meeting, stored in different panels, such as video information, contents page, participants list. ARF files relate to sessions downloaded by the user, not like the WRF files, which are stored directly by the user during the session.

ARF files are stored with the Network-Based Recording tool (NBR) and can be transformed into different formats. They can be converted into popular video formats such as Windows Media – WMV or Flash – SWF, with the free WebEx ARF Player software.
